We Greens are fast approaching the precinct caucus. All are welcome to sign in as representatives of your precinct in Charleston County, pct officers and delegates to the county and state conventions.

For those lucky few who live in precincts where more than enough people are present for all available offices and delegates, PLEASE ALSO SIGN IN AS ALTERNATES.

Most importantly, there are elective offices where someone should campaign to be elected.

We must all see how the smallest to the largest opportunities of winning elections is better than people like Bobby Harrell running un-opposed for re-election.

With the US Sup Ct ruling that all elective offices are for sale to the highest bidder, only our votes and our candidacy can not be bought off. We the people can run on integrity. If some of us can take the time to seek out every voter, door to door, email to email, telephone to telephone and community meeting to community meeting, some of us can win.

Corporations are almost totally registered "entities" by the Secretary of State here in South Carolina as also all other 49 states and we can introduce or lobby for laws to restrict state by state corporations from doing business in our state if SUCH BUSINESSES ALSO BUY OFF POLITICIANS WITH POLITICAL "donations."

The front door of politics may have been sold to Exxon/Mobile and General Electric, but the side doors and back doors are open to each citizen and WE GREENS WHO HAVE PENDING a block for Duke Energy from raising electric rates for massive profits and to build 4 more nukes UN-NEEDED in our state.

And we can testify and file petitons to stop more nuke waste being dumped in our state.

We can draw the line to restore our state as a place of growth, not pollution, profiteering and death.

I will help any candidate who will run full time raise money, make appearances across the spectrum of constituencies and draft press releases and manage communications.

An ideal candidate is a woman, retired or on a fixed income who enjoys speaking to groups of people. A teacher, a sales agent, a family business owner or house spouse who does not have children needing daily attention.

Surely there is a retired farmer who would like to see Green Party principles leading a rebirth of agriculture and green businesses of the land, sea and rivers?
